CITY OF RICHLAND NOTICE OF SEPA DETERMINATION Date Notice Issued: April 9, 2026, per WAC 197-11-340(2) File #: PLN-T1-2026-00446 Proponent: Bryan Condon of Century West Engineering, on behalf of the property owner, Port of Benton Proposal: Reconfiguration construction of the main apron at the Richland Airport to accommodate larger aircraft parking and better utilize available space in the main apron area. The project involves apron pavement expansion of 21,510 sq.ft., and a reconfiguration of existing pavement markings and tie-downs to create 4 new larger aircraft parking positions. The project also includes the reconstruction of existing relatively thin asphalt on the existing apron, to provide adequate pavement strength for aircraft.
