Benton County Fire Protection District #1 NOTICE IS HEEBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received from qualified bidders for Level II refurbishment of two, (2) customer supplied water tenders as per specifications and in compliance with NFPA 1912-2016 Edition, Level II Standards. Though not required, bidders are encouraged to attend a scheduled pre-bid meeting at 10:00 A.M on May 4th, 2026, at the location listed below. Sealed bids will be received at Benton County Fire Protection District #1, 144610 E. Law Lane, Building D, Kennewick, WA 99337 until 1:00 P.M. on May 26th, 2026, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the date and time deadline will not be considered. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the date and time of opening thereof or before Award of Contract, unless said award is delayed 30 days. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities and award contract that is in the best interest of the District.
