That Superseding Ground Water Permit No. G3-27030(C) authorizes the withdrawal of 1197 gallons per minute, 532-acre feet per year, each year, for the irrigation of 133 acres. That the authorized point of withdrawal is located within the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 31, T. 10 N, R. 30 E.W.M. That the authorized place of use is located within Lot 2B, located in the W1/2 of Section 31, T. 10 N., R, 30 E.W.M. That they propose to change the point of withdrawal (a well) to the SW1/4 of Section 3, T. 9. N., R. 30 E.W.M. That they propose to change the place of use to the NW1/4 of Section 34, T. 10 N., R. 30 E.W.M. All within Franklin County, Washington.
