The City of Kennewick will receive sealed bids for RFB NO. P2513-26 "Leslie & Clearwater Lift Station Replacement", at the Dan Frost Municipal Services Building, 1010 E. Chemical Drive, Kennewick, WA 99336, until April 9th, 2026 at 2:00 P.M., and then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Frost Building Main Conference Room.
The Leslie & Clearwater Lift Station Project consists of upgrades to the existing sewer lift station located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Leslie and Clearwater. The existing lift station has been in service since the 1990s and is comprised of a wet well and confined space drywell housing the suction lift pumps. The project scope of work includes refurbishing and coating of the existing wet well structure, installation of 2 new submersible wet well pumps, modifying the existing confined space drywell into a new valve vault, electrical and control upgrades, and other civil site improvements.

An optional pre-bid site visit will be held at the Leslie & Clearwater Lift Station on March 31st, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., located at 12250 W Clearwater Ave., Kennewick, WA 99336.
The City will post any Addenda and Bidder questions & answers solely through Public Purchase. The City cannot guarantee receipt of all bidder documentation to outside third-party centers.

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Kennewick.
The City of Kennewick reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
