NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
April 6, 2026, 6:30 p.m.
The Kennewick Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing, for the application below on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter at City Hall Council Chambers, 210 W 6th Avenue, to receive public comment/testimony on the Development Code Amendment below. Staff will be presenting analysis and the Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council. The public hearing will be conducted in a hybrid setting, which will allow interested parties to participate in person or virtually. Application# DCA-2025-0006 – To create Kennewick Municipal Code Section 18.15.065 that would allow for the expansion of legal nonconforming uses as long as certain criteria is met.
