An executive session will be held to evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public employment or to review the performance of a public employee - RCW 42.30.110(1)(g). The purpose of this executive session will include considering extending an offer for the Director of Finance position to a prospective employee. Action may be taken at the Special Commission Meeting to announce the selection of a contract for on-call engineering professional services. The Special Commission Meeting will be offered in a hybrid format, with an in-person option, a live Zoom broadcast, and a telephone conference call-in line.
