Madrigal Mendoza; ALEJANDRO VALDOVINOS MARTINEZ individually and as PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE of the ESTATE OF MARIA E. MADRIGAL MENDOZA; JESUS OSVALDO MADRIGAL MENDOZA; MARTIN FIGUEROA; JAVIER FIGUEROA; MARITZA FIGUEROA; and STATE OF WASHINGTON, DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL AND HEALTH SERVICES; Defendants. Case No. 25-2-03550-03 SUMMONS (60 days) The State of Washington to the said Defendants: DOE 3 and DOE 4 who are the unknown heirs and devisees of Maria E. Mendoza Madrigal; and JAVIER FIGUEROA who is a known heir of Maria E. Mendoza Madrigal. You are hereby summoned to appear within 60 days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within 60 days after the ______ day of _________, 2026, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the Plaintiff, Columbia Bank fka Umpqua Bank, assignee of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS), and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiff at their office stated below; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. The object of the complaint and the demand for relief are: The plaintiff seeks to foreclose its trust deed on the subject real property described in the complaint and as described below in the amount of $115,136.07, plus interest, late charges, costs, advances, and attorney's fees, and to cause the subject property to be sold by the Sheriff of Benton County, foreclosing the interests of all defendants in the real property with the proceeds applied to satisfy Plaintiff's lien. The real property is described as follows: That portion of Government Lot 3, Section 18, Township 12 North, Range 24 E.W.M., Benton County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at a point North 05°25' East 2,462.6 feet from the Southwest (SW) corner of said section; thence South 75°32' East 1 feet; thence South (S) 14°28' West 390 feet; thence North 83°57' West 1,162.5 feet; thence North (N) 14°28' East 510 feet to the true point of beginning. ALSO 30 foot access road lying 15 feet on either side of the following described centerline; Beginning at a point in the West line of above described tract South (S) 14°28' West 50 feet from the Northwest (NW) corner of said tract; thence North 79°48' West 168.3 feet to a point in the East (E) line of existing county road and the terminus of this line.
