The project proposes creating residential parcels, totaling 46 lots. Construction will be broken into 2-phases. Improvements associated with the subdivision include mass grading, public roads, public water, public sewer, public irrigation and the extension of communication and power facilities. Developer will be required to make half street improvements to Carol Street abutting the proposed parcel for development. Determination of Complete Application: This application was determined complete for processing on March 2, 2026. The decision on this application will be made within one-hundred twenty days of the determination of complete application. Environmental Review: Benton City is the lead agency for this proposal under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). The City has reviewed the proposal for probable adverse environmental impacts and is issuing a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS). The process in WAC 197-11-350 is being used. The comment period shall begin March 4, 2026 and comments must be received by 4:00 PM March 19, 2026. The determination will have specific appeal information.
