NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MARCH 24, 2026 AT 6:00 P.M.
NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that the Benton City Planning Commission will conduct an Open Public Hearing on March 24, 2026 at 6:00 pm to consider a request for a 12.41 Acre Preliminary Plat. The project proposes a residential subdivision, totaling 46 lots. Construction will be broken into 2-phases. Improvements associated with the subdivision include mass grading, public roads, public water, public sewer, public irrigation and the extension of communication and power facilities. Any person who would like to express their views regarding this matter are invited to attend and provide comment at the public hearing. Persons may also submit written comment. In order to be part of the initial packet, written comments must be submitted to the City in advance of the packet publication. Written comment submitted after this deadline will be accepted and entered into the official record up until the close of the Public Hearing.

At the conclusion of the hearing the Planning Commission will consider the matter and issue a recommendation to the City Council for approval, approval with conditions, or denial of the proposed action.
