ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE
The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) Plant Protection Division has issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the Japanese Beetle Eradication Project in Pasco, Franklin County and Kennewick, Benton County, Washington state. After reviewing a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, WSDA has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. A copy of the DNS and site-specific environmental checklist are available for review online at agr.wa.gov/beetles. The public is invited to comment on the documents.
