Kennewick Housing Authority Public Hearings Housing Authority City of Kennewick (KHA) is seeking input on the Authority's Five-Year Agency Plan and the accompanying one-year Annual Agency Plan. The Five-Year Plan determines KHA priorities, establishes strategic goals, and reviews housing preferences and program initiatives for the next five-year plan period. The public comment period will begin on February 18, 2026, and will close on April 4, 2026.
