ENERGY NORTHWEST NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that Energy Northwest, hereinafter called "Buyer," invites sealed bids for the following equipment as set forth in Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled: IFB 716658 REACTOR CLOSED COOLING WATER HEAT EXCHANGERS Provision of the equipment generally consists of all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to supply 3 Reactor Closed Cooling Water Heat Exchangers. The requirements are more fully described in the Technical Specifications and drawings (if applicable). The Invitation for Bid may be examined at Supply Chain Services, Columbia Generating Station, Deschutes Bldg., Richland, WA, and copies obtained from Procurement Specialist Zane D. Evosevich, 509-377-4246, or zdevosevich@energy-northwest.com Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or by Certified or Cashier's Check as a bid deposit in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. All bids must be sealed and filed with the Buyer at Supply Chain Services located at the Columbia Generating Station, Deschutes Bldg., Mail Drop PE10, Richland, WA 99354, at or before 1:00 PM Local Time on March 5, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
