REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS On-Call Engineering Services Notice is hereby given that the South Columbia Basin Irrigation District (District) is seeking statements of qualifications (SOQ) and performance data from qualified consulting firms for on-call engineering services. Interested firms should download the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from the District's web site at http://www.scbid.org/. Click on the "Other Business" tab at the top of the page and then click on "Requests for Qualifications". All active projects can be found under the bid opportunities tab. To receive consideration, all responses must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFQ. Failure to provide the requested information may result in disqualification of the submittal. Responses must be received by 5:00 p.m. February 20, 2026. Modifications to submissions may be made prior to the date and time specified for receipt of submissions. The District reserves the right to reject any and all responses and has the right at its sole discretion to accept the submittal it considers most favorable to the District's interest and the right to waive minor irregularities in procedures.
