BEN FRANKLIN TRANSIT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ON-CALL TEMPORARY STAFFING AND RECRUITEMENT SERVICES RFP 26-01 Ben Franklin Transit, (hereinafter referred to as BFT), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, located at 1000 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, WA 99352 is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing temporary staffing and recruitment services to BFT. Proposals are due no later than February 19, 2026, by 2:00 p.m. (PST). Interested firms shall create a FREE account with OpenGov by signing up at https://secure.procurenow.com/signup. Contractors will have access to download the solicitation documents and submit proposals electronically. Contractors who can demonstrate substantial economic interest may protest BFT's decision regarding a provision of the RFP or contract award. Contractors will be required to follow all Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations. BFT reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
