FRANKLIN PUD SMALL WORKS ROSTER The Public Utility District No. 1 of Franklin County is updating its Small Works Roster for projects under Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000.00) for the 2026 calendar year. Such work under the Small Works Roster may consist of: Auto detailing, auto maintenance/repair blasting, building construction and remodeling, certified Telecomm cabling, concrete, electrician work, fencing, fiber optics/cabling, flooring, footing/foundation, grading/excavation, hazardous waste management, heating/AC, high-voltage overhead work, high-voltage underground work, hydro seeding, janitorial services, landscaping/landscape maintenance, machine work, materials testing, meter testing, painting, paving, plumbing, pole treatment/testing and replacement, rock drilling, roofing, steel fabrication, street light repair, substation maintenance/construction/footings, telecommunications infrastructure, tree trimming, trenching/backfilling, and weed control. Franklin PUD utilizes the official statewide small works roster maintained by MRSC. Interested vendors must register your company with MRSC Rosters to join our roster.
