FRANKLIN PUD PROFESSIONAL SERVICE ROSTER Public Utility District No. 1 of Franklin County, Washington, as required by RCW 39.80, is soliciting firms for inclusion to the District's Professional Service Roster. This Roster will be used by the District to award engineering contracts and other services for projects that are included in the 2026 capital budget. Engineering services may include the design of various distribution, transmission, and substation projects for the District's electrical plant and other engineering requirements on an as-needed basis, cost of service and rate design work, engineering studies, pre-design and construction services, surveying, geotechnical, environmental and soils investigations expertise, energy efficiency savings analysis (including commercial and irrigation energy savings studies), assistance with software applications, assisting with determining project cost estimates, both preliminary and final, and preparation of bidding and construction documents, or provide inspection of projects for compliance with design and to assist in incorporating changes or improvements as may be required. All engineering and related firms interested in providing these professional services shall submit a Statement of Qualifications. The Statement of Qualifications should highlight qualifications, experience, and performance data firms have completed for other electric utilities and public agencies in the following categories: distribution, transmission, substation, fiber optics, land survey, electric studies, and/or civil engineering. These Statements of Qualifications will be reviewed and placed on file for future use. Firms currently on the Professional Service Roster are highly encouraged to update their statement of qualifications.
