PORT OF BENTON NOTICE OF SPECIAL COMMISSION MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Benton Commission will hold a Special Commission Meeting on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., at the Port of Benton Commission Meeting room located at 3250 Port of Benton Boulevard, Richland, Washington for the purpose of electing Commission officers, amending the Port of Benton rules of policy and procedure, amend the Port's delegation of authority and delegate authority to Commission president to review the Port's organization structure of business lines and consultant contracts, personnel and Commission review of an investigative report. The Special Commission Meeting will be offered in a hybrid format, with an in-person option, a live Zoom broadcast, and a telephone conference call-in line.
