BEN FRANKLIN TRANSIT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Landscaping Services RFP 25-22 Ben Franklin Transit (BFT), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services at BFT facilities in Benton and Franklin Counties. This procurement will be a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions set forth in RFP 25-22.
