CITY OF RICHLAND NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND PUBLIC HEARING (PLN-T2-2025-00019) Notice: Evan Verduin of Trek Architecture, on behalf of the property owner, Jadwin Spokane, has filed a Site Plan Review application to amend the previously approved Site Plan Review application (SPR2022-101) for the addition of six carport structures on the project site. This application is considered a "Major Revision" of File #SPR 2022-101 and requires a new Site Plan Review as required by the Hearing Examiner's decision for the original project. Project Site: The project site is located at 1866 Jadwin Ave (APN 102982020745003). The site is designated as Limited Business Use (C-LB), according to the City's Zoning Code. Public Hearing: The Richland Hearing Examiner will conduct a public hearing to review the application on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Richland City Hall Council Chambers, 625 Swift Boulevard. All interested parties are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Environmental Review: The proposal is not subject to environmental review. The City issued a Determination of Non-Significance on July 1, 2022, for this project and is therefore exempt from additional SEPA review.
