Kennewick City Council Ordinance Summary On 12-02-2025, the Kennewick City Council adopted the following ordinances: 25-6148 through 25-6154 to remove fee values from Chapters 5, 6, and 14 of the Kennewick Municipal Code and add the fee values to the Master Fee Schedule effective 01-01-2026. 25-6155 through 25-6165 to align Chapters 17 and 18 of the Kennewick Municipal Code with state law in regard to co-living as required by RCW 36.70A.535 E2SHB 1998, effective 12-10-2025.
