INVITATION TO BID The City of Kennewick will receive sealed bids for Contract P2507-25 "2025 Miscellaneous Water / Storm", at the Dan Frost Municipal Services Building, 1010 E. Chemical Drive, Kennewick, WA 99336, until December 9, 2025 at 10:00 A.M., and then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Frost Building Main Conference Room. The 2025 Miscellaneous Water / Storm Project includes a series of small-scale water and storm drainage improvements at five separate locations throughout the City of Kennewick. The project's purpose is to replace aging or failing infrastructure, improve stormwater collection and conveyance, and restore pavement and landscaping disturbed by construction. This project is subject to a delayed start to accommodate seasonal limitations on asphalt production. Therefore, Notice to Proceed will be issued no earlier than Monday, March 16, 2026, weather dependent.
