Notice of Election and Supervisor Vacancy There is one (1) vacant elected Supervisor position with the Franklin Conservation District. A conservation district supervisor is a public official who serves without compensation and sets policy and direction for the conservation district. To be eligible for a supervisor 's position, a candidate must occupy land within the conservation district boundaries or in possession of land within the district boundaries as an owner, lessee, renter or tenant as well as be a register voter in the State of Washington. Application form for an Elected Supervisor position can be obtained from the Conservation District or from the Conservation Commission at https://www.scc.wa.gov/cd/elections-administrators - "Candidate information for Elected Supervisor Position". In addition to the qualifications above, candidates for the Elected Supervisor position must also be a qualified district elector and a registered Franklin County Voter. The official filing deadline for the Elected Supervisor Position is February 13, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the Franklin Conservation District Office located at 1724 E. Superior St. Pasco, WA. An election for a supervisor position with Franklin Conservation District will be held on March 16, 2026 at the Franklin Conservation District Office 1724 E. Superior Rd. Pasco, WA. Polls will be open at 8:00 AM and close at 12:00 PM. All eligible voters with the franklin Conservation District boundaries are considered eligible to participate in this election. Election Procedures are available at the Franklin Conservation District office. Absentee ballots are available upon eligible voter's request. Requests must be provided prior to 3:00 PM on February 20, 2026, and returned to the Franklin Conservation District by 3:00 PM February 27, 2026.
