NOTICE OF MEETING OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SUNNYSIDE VALLEY IRRIGATION DISTRICT ACTING AS A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION To Whom It May Concern: You are hereby notified that the Board of Directors of the Sunnyside Valley Irrigation District will meet on the 9th day of December, 2025, at the office of the District, at 1105 Yakima Valley Hwy, Sunnyside, Washington, at 2:00 p.m., acting as a Board of Equalization to equalize assessments and the toll and charge roll for the year 2026. From the date of this publication until the date of said meeting, the assessment book will be at the office of the Secretary at 120 S 11th St., Sunnyside, Washington, for inspection by all persons interested. The board will, on said day, hear and determine such objections to the said assessment roll and the toll and charge roll as may come before it and shall continue in session from day to day as long as may be necessary, not exceeding ten (10) days from said December 9, 2025.
