IN RE TACOMA ARTS LIVE PIERCE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT CASE NO. 26-2-06978-1 NOTICE OF GIFT CARD CLAIM PROCESS TO: HOLDERS OF UNREDEEMED GIFT CARDS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 18, 2026, General Receiver Shelly Crocker LLC was appointed over Tacoma Arts Live, a Washington non-profit corporation, including its wholly owned subsidiary TAL Venues LLC (the "Debtors"), both located at 1001 S Yakima Ave, Tacoma, WA 98405. Pursuant to the Order Authorizing Gift Card Claims Process, a Claims Process has been established for persons holding unredeemed gift cards issued by the Debtors. The Debtors' gift cards are no longer redeemable. Accordingly, any person holding an unredeemed gift card, whether as the original purchaser or recipient, must submit a Gift Card Claim in order to be eligible to receive any distribution relating to the remaining balance. To participate in the Gift Card Claims Process, holders of unredeemed gift cards must contact the Receiver to obtain a Gift Card Claim Form and instructions for submission. Completed Gift Card Claim Forms must be received by the Receiver no later than November 16, 2026 ("Bar Date"). Failure to submit a completed Gift Card Claim Form by the Bar Date will result in the claim being forever barred and the holder becoming ineligible to receive any distribution on account of the unredeemed gift card.
