Summary of work: Project A: scope of this project involves the complete demolition of all buildings on the Madison Early Learning Site Project B: scope of this project involves the complete demolition of the approximate 8,000 SF south wing of the existing Browns Point Elementary Building and restoring the remaining wall penetration at the existing hallway. New security fence will be installed to maintain perimeter security. Existing playground equipment will also be removed. No Hazmat removal is required for this site.
