CITY OF ORTING REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST OLD CITY HALL REDEVELOPMENT CONCEPTS The City of Orting invites expressions of interest and preliminary redevelopment concepts for the former Old City Hall property at 110 Train St SE. The City owns the property outright, has not selected a redevelopment plan, and is seeking market-informed ideas from developers, businesses, nonprofit organizations, historical and cultural organizations, community groups, and potential public-private partners. The City is particularly interested in concepts that could preserve or thoughtfully incorporate the building's former fire department bays as a potential future museum, heritage, or community-history space.
