Public Hearing – City of Tacoma 2027 HUD Annual Action Plan Public Hearing Details The City of Tacoma's Community and Economic Development (CED) and Neighborhood and Community Services (NCS) departments will host a public hearing to provide an overview of the 2027 Annual Action Plan. This Plan outlines the activities the City anticipates between July 1, 2027, and June 30, 2028, using funds received through the HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) federal grant programs.
