Franchise Area Legal Description: All Pierce County roads and rights-of-way within the following: Section 3, Township 15 North, Range 4 East, W.M., The south half of the southwest quarter of said section. Section 10, Township 15 North, Range 4 East, W.M., all of said section. Section 11, Township 15 North, Range 4 East, W.M., all of said section. Section 14, Township 15 North, Range 4 East, W.M., The northwest quarter of said section. Section 15, Township 15 North, Range 4 East, W.M., The north half of said section.
