CITY OF ORTING REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS WHITEHAWK & GRATZER PARKS MASTER PLAN The City seeks professional consulting services to prepare a comprehensive Master Plan for Whitehawk Park and Gratzer Park. The project area encompasses approximately 32 acres of parkland and recreational facilities and will establish a unified vision for future park development, recreation programming, transportation integration, pedestrian safety improvements, and phased capital investments. This project is funded through a grant awarded by the Washington State Department of Commerce. The anticipated consultant budget for this project is between $64,000 and $74,000.
