The issued MDNS referenced the wetland buffer enhancement area identified in a previous wetland report rather than the most current wetland report submitted for the project. Correction: The MDNS incorrectly identified the wetland buffer enhancement area as: Previously stated: 55,156 square feet of wetland buffer enhancement, replanting 250 new Oregon White Oaks and planting 630 new shrubs. Based on the most recent wetland report dated March 4, 2026, the correct wetland buffer enhancement area is: Correct: 28,065 square feet of wetland buffer enhancement with 236 new Oregon White Oaks and planting of 563 shrubs. The City is issuing a corrected MDNS to accurately reflect the current project documentation and has reaffirmed that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. THE THRESHOLD DETERMINATION IS FINAL, UNLESS TIMELY APPEALED, AS PROVIDED UNDER WASHINGTON LAW.
