CITY OF ORTING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT FOR PUBILC WORKS OPERATIONS The City of Orting is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms for competitive negotiation for a consultant to review the City's Public Works operations. The primary intent and goal of this request for proposal is to retain a Consultant that can conduct a management and operations study that will identify the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities of the organization; assess the number an allocation of personnel, monetary and equipment resources; and make commendations that will improve the organizational effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of City services.
