O2026-528, An Ordinance of the Pierce County Council Granting a Nonexclusive Franchise to Ezee Fiber Texas, LLC, for a Wireline Telecommunications Network on Certain County-Owned Rights-of-Way; and Authorizing the County Executive Execute Said Franchise, HAS BEEN ADOPTED. Franchise Area Legal Description: All County roads lying within Township 19 North through 22 North inclusive, of Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, and all County roads lying within Townships 15 North through 22 North, inclusive, of Ranges 1 East through Range 9 East, Willamette Meridian, and lying within the boundaries of Pierce County, Washington.
