ADVERTISEMENT On-Call Electrical Services for Planning & Public Works 2026-ITB-182 SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this solicitation is to secure services of an electrical Contractor to perform miscellaneous skilled electrical maintenance and repairs for Pierce County on an on-call basis. The Contractor will work at various Pierce County Planning and Public Works buildings or leased spaces. Work shall be performed in accordance with national, state, and local electrical codes and products shall be installed with sound practices and in accordance with the product manufacturer's technical specifications. Per RCW 39.04.350, bidders must have an electrical contractor license at time of bid due date in compliance with RCW 19.28. * Pierce County will pay fees for the General Building Permit and Plan Review for this project. The Contractor is responsible for any specialty or other permits required for this project and shall include such fees in their bid. PROJECT ESTIMATE: $900,000.00, not including WA State Sales Tax HOLDER'S LIST: BIDDERS WHO REGISTER AND DOWNLOAD BID DOCUMENTS will be automatically added to the bidder's list in the OPENGOV Bidding Software. COMPLETION TIME: The Initial Contract Period of Performance will be One (1) Year, commencing from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with the option to renew for an additional year.
