City of Lakewood Public Hearing Notice When: Thursday July 30, 2026 Time: 1:00 PM Place: Hybrid, in person or virtual via Zoom Lakewood City Hall Council Chambers 6000 Main St SW Lakewood, WA 98499 The City of Lakewood Planning and Public Works Department will be holding a public hearing for permit PLN-2025-110- Emerson Lake - Conditional Use Permit (CUP) proposing the expansion of the truck and trailer parking lot at 7319 146th St SW in Lakewood, WA. The subject property is located within the Industrial Business District (IBP) zoning district and allows for the proposed use through approval of a CUP. All persons wishing to submit written comment on this project prior to the public hearing may do so by 5 PM on July 29, 2026. Written comments may also be submitted at the hearing and interested parties may testify at the public hearing. The project files are available upon request. A copy of the staff report will be available for review through the Planning and Public Works Department seven calendar days prior to the public hearing.
