CITY OF LAKEWOOD - NOTICE OF SEPA THRESHOLD DETERMINATION WESTLAKE AVENUE STREET END ACCESS PARK: PLN-2025-86 The City of Lakewood has completed the SEPA review for the proposed Westlake Avenue Street End Access Park under permit PLN-2025-86. The project site is located on an unopened public street end between 27 Westlake Ave SW (APN: 9460000174) and 30 Westlake Ave SW (APN: 9460000150). Based on the review of the project materials and associated SEPA checklist, the City of Lakewood SEPA responsible official has issued a Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance (MDNS) pursuant to RCW 43.21C.060 on July 10, 2026. Any comments about this Notice of SEPA Threshold Determination must be received by the Planning Division (Attn: Jerroid Hopkins, Associate Planner) by 5:00 PM on July 24, 2026.
