On-Call Marine Vessel Diving Services 2026-ITB-124 SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to secure marine vessel diving services for Pierce County. Services include routine maintenance, repairs and emergency inspections to two (2) ferry vessels and other County owned facilities. * Pierce County will pay fees for the General Building Permit and Plan Review for this project. The Contractor is responsible for any specialty or other permits required for this project and shall include such fees in their bid. PROJECT ESTIMATE:$400,000.00, not including Washington State sales tax. HOLDER'S LIST: BIDDERS WHO REGISTER AND DOWNLOAD BID DOCUMENTS will be automatically added to the bidder's list in the OPENGOV Bidding Software. Notifications for bid updates, addendum and other bid information will be sent to all bidders who register with Pierce County OPENGOV and are a 'Bidder' under this bid number. COMPLETION TIME: The contract term is one (1) year with an option to extend for one (1) additional year at the mutual agreement of the Contractor and the County.
