The Project consists of but not limited to the following elements: Civil work to include: Asphalt demolition, excavating electrical conduit trench and Camera trench, repaving the trench locations.. Electrical work to include: Install additional light pole, camera, electrical and communication conduit.. Other work to include: Install EV signage, pavement markings. Alternate Bid #1 to Include: 5 Security Cameras, One reach devices on both IDF and Camera sides, cabling to connect cameras and existing switch in the telecommunications room * Pierce County will pay fees for the General Building Permit and Plan Review for this project. The Contractor is responsible for any specialty or other permits required for this project and shall include such fees in their bid. PROJECT ESTIMATE: $1,204,301 not including WA State Sales Tax PRE-BID WALKTHROUGH AND SITE EXAMINATION: An optional pre-bid walk-through will be held at the 2401 S 35th St #200, on Wednesday 07/15/2026 at 11: 00 AM PST. The Contractor will have an additional 14 CALENDAR DAYS to reach Final Completion and Acceptance for a total of 259 CALENDAR DAYS.
