NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE The Fife School District No. 417 has issued a determination of nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following nonproject action: Adoption of the Fife School District's 2026-2031 Capital Facilities Plan ("Capital Facilities Plan") for the purposes of planning for the District's facilities needs. King County and Pierce County may incorporate the District's Capital Facilities Plan into the County's Comprehensive Plan. The cities of Fife, Edgewood, and Milton may also incorporate the District's Capital Facilities Plan into their Comprehensive Plans. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, the Fife School District has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. The lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of issue.
