COUNTY OF PIERCE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION 2026-RFQ-038 ON-CALL THIRD PARTY BUILDING REVIEW SERVICES FOR PLANNING AND PUBLIC WORKS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pierce County is soliciting Request for Qualification from qualified consulting to assist with reviewing building plans, specifications, and engineering data for compliance with applicable ordinances and state building codes. Consultants that submit proposals acknowledge and agree that they will be reimbursed at 50% of the County's current fee schedule for plan review work.
