CITY OF UNIVERSITY PLACE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk at the City Hall, University Place, Washington, until 2:00 p.m., July 16, 2026 for the construction of the Cirque Drive Overlay and will shortly thereafter be opened and publicly read aloud. Bid proposals will be received only at the office of the City Clerk in the University Place City Hall 3609 Market Place West, Suite 200, University Place, Washington 98466. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening bids will not be considered. The work to be performed under this contract includes furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools and guarantees thereof to: Provide asphalt overlay on Cirque Drive between 67th Avenue W and S Orchard Street. Adjust utility structures as needed to accommodate the overlay thickness. Project includes a minor amount of dig-out and minor replacement of pavement (less than 10% of total area). Existing pavement will be ground at curb lines to match into existing gutters. Roadway will be striped. A FSBE goal has been established for this contract at 14% and is not a condition of award.
