Emulsified Liquid Asphalt Material Services for Planning & Public Works 2025-ITB-079 SCOPE OF WORK: Furnish Pierce County with Emulsified Liquid Asphalt Materials. The selection of the supplier for Pierce County will be based on the combined material unit prices and delivery prices as bid, or the material unit prices as bid and the haul for Pierce County, including loading time and facilities, whichever are most economical. PROJECT ESTIMATE: The initial estimated contract value is $2,000,000.00, not including WA State Sales Tax. The County reserves the right to add funding when necessary.
