Notice of Ordinance Passed by the Lakewood City Council The following is a summary of Ordinance No. 852 passed by the City of Lakewood City Council on the 15th day of June, 2026. Ordinance No. 852 AN ORDINANCE of the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Washington: adopting changes to the 2024 Shoreline Master Program. Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect fourteen (14) days following the date of a letter to the City of Lakewood from the Washington State Department of Ecology approving the SMP adopted by this ordinance.
