CALL FOR BIDS B STREET INTECEPTOR REPAIR; BID NUMBER 2026-MPW-136 SCOPE OF WORK: Work includes repairing an existing 36-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe, roadway excavation including removal and disposal of existing pavement and unwanted or excess materials encountered during execution of the project, traffic control, utility coordination, and roadway restoration. The work also includes design, installation, operation and removal of temporary wastewater bypass systems and coordinating construction activities to ensure uninterrupted sanitary sewer service through the duration of the project. The work also includes design, permitting, construction, operation, maintenance, and removal of temporary construction dewatering systems as necessary to complete the installation of the sanitary sewer improvements. PROJECT ESTIMATE: Basic Work: $800,000 - $950,000 not including Washington State Sales Tax.
