City of Lakewood Notice of SEPA Threshold Determination
EMERSON LAKE BUSINESS PARK PLN-2025-110
The City of Lakewood has completed the SEPA review for the proposed truck and trailer parking extension for Emerson Lake Business Park under permit PLN-2025-110. The subject site is located at 7319 146th St SW which is located within the Industrial Business Park (IBP) zoning district. Based on the review of the project materials and associated SEPA checklist, the City of Lakewood SEPA responsible official has issued a Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance (MDNS) pursuant to RCW 43.21.C.060 on June 10, 2026.
THE THRESHOLD DETERMINATION IS FINAL, UNLESS TIMELY APPEALED, AS PROVIDED UNDER WASHINGTON LAW.
