TO: The Clerk of the Court;
AND TO: ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN IN POSSESSION OR CONTROL OF, OR HAVING RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN, SAID PARCEL, OR CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, LIEN, OR INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT HEREIN, to include the unknown heirs of Wilbur C. Stapp, a deceased individual and unknown heirs of Lois M. Stapp, a deceased individual.
You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 10th day of June, 2026, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff Pierce County, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff Pierce County, at the office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.
In the lawsuit filed against you, plaintiff Pierce County seeks to abate the public nuisances occurring on the property identified above through a warrant of abatement; injunctive relief; judgment for abatement costs, attorney's fees, and costs; and liens upon the property as provided by law.
