NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #01-2026 Athletic Trainer Services for Peninsula School District #401 Peninsula School District #401 is soliciting proposals from qualified providers to deliver licensed, certified Athletic Trainer Services for student-athletes at its two comprehensive high schools: Peninsula High School and Gig Harbor High School. The district seeks qualified Providers to deliver high-quality athletic training services in support of student-athlete safety, injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and concussion management throughout the 2026-2027 academic year, including the fall, winter, and spring sports seasons. We invite you or your agency to submit proposals presenting qualifications, active WA state licenses, certifications, services, compensation components, resumes, references, and additional information regarding service providers associated with your agency. Agencies interested in submitting a proposal for this contract may obtain RFP documents at the Educational Service Center of the Peninsula School District No. 401, 14015 62nd Avenue NW, Gig Harbor, Washington 98332, by emailing butchcoed@psd401.net or online at www.psd401.net/businessandfinance under current RFP opportunities. Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope and must be received by 2:00 p.m. on June 18, 2026, for best consideration for the 2026-27 school year. The district reserves the right to accept any proposal that it deems most favorable to its interests. It also reserves the right to waive any informalities and irregularities and to reject any and/or all proposals or any portion of any proposal submitted which in their opinion is not in the best interest of the district. No bidder may withdraw or alter his proposal after the time set for opening thereof unless the award of contract is delayed for a period of more than forty-five (45) days from the date of opening.
