Request for Proposals Request for Proposals Washington Boulevard Tank Seismic Retrofit Design Lakewood Water District (District) is requesting written proposals from qualified engineering firms to design seismic retrofit improvements for the District's Washington Boulevard tank. The District reserves the right to modify or cancel this Request for Proposals (RFP) and/or the project; to reject any or all proposals; and to waive any or all irregularities. This Request for Proposals does not obligate the District to award a contract for the project or to reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of any proposal. A detailed request for proposal document including submittal requirements and selection criteria is available on the District's website – www.lakewoodwater.org/bids.aspx. All questions and requests for information are to be directed to the designated District contact, Alley Reyes, Project Engineer (email: areyes@lakewoodwater.org). Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. A digital copy of the proposal in PDF file format shall be submitted to the District's bidding email address: bids@lakewoodwater.org and to the attention of Alley Reyes, Project Engineer.
