NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE The Steilacoom Historical School District No. 1 has issued a determination of nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following nonproject action: Adoption of the Steilacoom Historical School District's 2027-2032 Capital Facilities Plan ("Capital Facilities Plan") for the purposes of planning for the District's facilities needs. Pierce County will incorporate the District's Capital Facilities Plan into the County's Comprehensive Plan. The City of DuPont and Town of Steilacoom may also incorporate the District's Capital Facilities Plan into their Comprehensive Plans. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, the Steilacoom Historical School District has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
