CITY OF ORTING NOTICE OF APPLICATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Copper Ridge LLC has applied for a final plat and final planned unit development for a 41-lot subdivision and public recreational improvements, including development of two pickleball courts and parking at Charter Park, trail realignment of the Foothills Trail, and stormwater infrastructure sized for capacity of the subdivision and future improvements at Charter Park at 303 Meadow Lane SE. The public is invited to comment. The public comment period ends May 26, 2026 at 5pm. Any person may comment on the application, receive notice of and participate in any hearings, and request a copy of the decision once made. Any person with standing may appeal the final decision. All application materials are public record and may be requested for viewing by any member of the public by appointment.
