THE STATE OF WASHINGTON TO DEFENDANTS:
BELL INGALLS, INC.;
INVESTMENT SYNDICATES, INC.; and,
ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, LIEN, OR INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT HEREIN.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after the 22nd day of April 2026, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled court, and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff, Nicholas D. and Loreine E. Simopoulos Family 1981 Revocable Trust, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for Plaintiff, Andrew N. Stokes, at their office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint, or judgment will be rendered as set forth in the Complaint, to quiet title in the following real property:
PARCEL A: North 330.07 feet of the east 659.08 feet of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 21 North, Range 1 East of the W.M. EXCEPT the East 30 feet thereof.
PARCEL B: The south half of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 1 East of the W.M.
PARCEL C: Together with an easement for ingress, egress, and utilities 60 feet in width being 30 feet on each side of the following described center line: Commencing at the east quarter of Section 22, Township 21 North, Range 1 East of the W.M.; thence north 87°74'12" west along east-west center line of said section 22, and center line of county road 1974.63 feet to the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of said Section 22; thence north 1°47'19" east 30 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing north 1°47'19" East 2634.00 feet, more or less to the northwest corner of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter and terminal point of this described center line.
PARCEL D: Together with an easement for ingress, egress and utilities over the west 60 feet of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of the northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 21 North, Range 1 East W.M. EXCEPT from said easement the land described in Parcel A Above.
(the "Property"). The Property is located at 4801 92nd Ave, NW, Gig Harbor WA, 98335 and 4715 92nd Ave NW, Gig Harbor, WA 98335. The Property includes parcels numbers 012122-1-079 and 012115-4-008. This Summons is issued under Civil Rule 4 and RCW 4.28.100 & .110.
